Documents Required


  • Original SSC mark sheet with two photocopies.
  • Original School Leaving Certificate with two photocopies.
  • Two photocopies of the first and last page of the ration card.
  • Provisional Eligibility Certificate to be submitted by students from other States or Boards (CBSE/ICSC/NIOS/IBM).
  • Aadhaar card photocopy (Students and Parents).
  • Bank passbook front page photocopy.

Examination


  1. All the exams for FYJC will be conducted by the college. Four exams conducted will be- Two Unit Test of 25 marks each, terminal of 50 marks and 100 marks (70/30 theory/practical, 80/20 theory/oral (Language subject)).
  2. Exams for SYJC-Unit Test, Terminal & Prelim will be conducted by the college. Final Exam will be the HSC Board Exam By the Maharashtra Board.
  3. Subject-related projects and assignments and practicals are mandatory.

Attendance


75% Attendance is mandatory for theory and practical. In case of absentee, prior permission of authority is to be obtained. A medical certificate is to be submitted in case of sickness.

Rules Regarding Refund of Fees


  1. If the student informs the institution before the commencement of the academic year a full amount of tuition fees & deposit will be refunded (As per government's circular no. HSC/1679/Xx-Xxi Dated 31-8-1977).
  2. If the student informs the institution after the commencement of the academic year, the institution should retain the tuition fees, for the month in which the student has applied for a refund of fees.

Rules & Regulations


  1. Students must come to college at 7.50 a.m. However, ten minutes late entry will be permitted in special cases with the concurrence of the concerned subject teacher.
  2. 75% attendance is compulsory for Theory/Practical separately. The journals of students with more than 20% absenteeism will not be certified and they will not be allowed to appear for the Final Exam.
  3. In case of any difficulty with the subject, the students are requested to discuss with their respective class representative and also with the concerned subject teacher. If no solution is obtained, they should contact the class teacher. In case the problem is still not solved, only then should they contact the Jr. College In-charge for the same.
  4. All submissions have to be completed on time as per the date specified by the teacher.
  5. If a student is attending any other activity during a lecture, she is required to inform the class teacher and in-charge in writing without fail.
  6. The Institution is not responsible for any loss of money or belongings of the students. The students are advised not to carry too much money and to take care of their own belongings.
  7. A Medical Certificate with supporting documents will be accepted by the Class Teacher in case of any serious illness only.
  8. We aim for the all-around development of our students. Hence, students are expected to actively participate in the various activities held in the college.
  9. Use of Mobile Phones will not be allowed in the classrooms/labs, and a fine of Rs. 500/- will be imposed in case a student is found using a mobile during class hours.
  10. All the students are required to follow the dress code. (Short dresses and low necklines will not be allowed.)
  11. All Parents are most welcome to come and meet the In-charge in case of any difficulty between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m.
  12. Students must maintain discipline while in the college to assist in the smooth functioning of the institution.
  13. It is mandatory to wear an I-card on the college campus.

Anti Ragging Cell


The Supreme Court has declared ragging as a crime and has banned ragging in all educational institutions. A student can be expelled from the institution if found ragging. A committee has been formulated to prevent ragging in the institution. Any such incidence can be reported to the Principal.
